These are the terms you agree to by using Handled. They are short on purpose.
Who you are contracting with. Handled is operated by RPJ Innovations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are an agreement between you and that company.
Handled is a household assistant. You tell it things about your family; it remembers them, works out what is coming, and tells you before it matters. It is currently in private testing with a small number of households by invitation.
Handled organises, prepares and prompts. It does not interpret or recommend.
This is a design rule the product is built around, not a disclaimer added afterwards. In particular:
Handled proposes; you approve. It does not send messages, make bookings, buy anything or contact anyone on your behalf. If that ever changes, it will change with your explicit consent and not quietly.
What you tell Handled belongs to you. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and there is no advertising in Handled.
You can see everything stored, delete any of it, or delete your account and the whole household with it, from inside the app.
Handled is free during private testing. It is intended to become a paid subscription. If that happens while you are using it, we will tell you before you are charged anything, and you will be able to decline and keep your data long enough to export or delete it.
Handled is provided as it is. During private testing especially, it may be unavailable, may lose a notification, or may get something wrong. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything that matters — a medication, an allergy, a legal deadline. It is built to be trustworthy and it is not yet old enough to have earned that.
To the extent the law allows, RPJ Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Handled. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy screen, and that deletes the household with it. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, or when private testing ends — with notice, and with time to get your information out.
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app rather than quietly updating this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where RPJ Innovations LLC is organised. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the state you actually live in.
